A lot of us are out here building great things, but there’s no real network tying us together or linking back to the region. The plan is simple: build the community, create a strong pipeline of talent and opportunity, and then invest in Caribbean startups and founders.
We are intenional about engaging the Caribbean community, including from underrepresented backgrounds in the UK like Haitians and Anguilla. We are focused on the UK-Caribbean diaspora, but the goal is to build stronger links back home.
Currently, only 0.1% of global VC funding reaches the Caribbean, we’re working to change that. The aim is to back early-stage startups and founders from the region.

We came together with a shared vision — to see more people from Caribbean backgrounds getting into tech and being visible. Even in broader Black tech spaces, there’s still a lack of Caribbean representation, so the community is rooted in that need.
